Pam Macadie was appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer in February 2016. Before her appointment to the current role, she was Chief Financial Officer for General Petroleum Company and prior to that she was Interim CFO for Matrix Projects.
An associate member of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants (ACMA), Pam brings a range of skills and attributes to Lumascape team. Key areas of expertise include influencing and negotiating finance, commitment to continuous improvement, implementing tools for managing a growing business, strategically mitigating cash outflows, capacity to develop results and at all times ensuring a value-adding methodology is maintained.
